Our Commitment to Buyers

Our goal is to help buyers find the perfect property in the right community for their family.  For individuals new to the KW area, our special programs and resources help you discover the many wonderful neighbourhoods and housing options to fit your specific needs.  We will personally meet with you and outline our highly successful program that will lead to finding the right home in the time frame that suits you best.  Specifically, we will:

• Show you homes which fit your budget, lifestyle and needs
• Represent your best interest in all negotiations and coordinate the closing date and inspections with your best schedule in mind
• Provide assistance with introductions to mortgage brokers and lenders
• Provide information about schools and amenities in your new neighbourhood
• Explain the closing process and costs involved
• Serve as problem-solver and coordinator between you and the seller
